Brotherton Cadillac NW is part of a family business whose roots go back to the founding of the first Brotherton dealership in 1916. From our home on Aurora Avenue, we carry that same commitment to community into Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace and North Seattle.
The Brotherton dealerships’ community work has been recognized nationally: Brad Brotherton was named one of 47 nominees for the 2018 TIME Dealer of the Year award, which honors dealers for both business success and long-standing community service.
Brotherton Cadillac's Celebrity Steak-Out
Our biggest night of the year. In 2008, Brotherton Cadillac began hosting the opening night dinner for Catch a Cure for Cancer, and that dinner grew into Brotherton Cadillac's Celebrity Steak-Out: an evening of cocktails, silent and live auctions, and a classic steak dinner served by local celebrities.
Presented by Brotherton Cadillac Buick GMC together with the Jacob Green Charity Golf Classic and held at Seattle's historic Paramount Theatre, the Steak-Out benefits Fred Hutch Cancer Center and its lifesaving cancer research here in Seattle. This year’s 2026 Celebrity Steak-Out raised $1.16 million for Fred Hutch, building on the more than $2.2 million the event had raised through 2021.

Our signature cause. Brotherton Cadillac’s Celebrity Steak-Out raises money for Fred Hutch’s lifesaving cancer research every year, including $1.16 million in 2026.

Hosted by Seahawks legend Jacob Green for more than 30 years, the Classic supports cancer research and patient assistance at Fred Hutch. It’s our partner in presenting the Celebrity Steak-Out.

With KOMO 4 and KOMO Newsradio, we recognized everyday leaders across Puget Sound, awarding a $5,000 grand prize each month to a nominated community champion.

Warren Miller Freedom Foundation
Brotherton sponsored the foundation and its Speaker Series Dinners, which teach young people the skills to become successful, ethical members of the business community.
Children & families
Eluna (formerly The Moyer Foundation)
Brotherton supported the organization that helps children and families affected by grief and by addiction in the family.
We’ve also supported Seattle Children’s Hospital, Food Lifeline, Toys for Tots and the Arthritis Foundation, and matched customer donations through our Charity of the Month program, which raised more than $250,000 for local causes.
